Sunday through Thursday, open at 9 a.m., last tour leaves at 5 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, open at 9 a.m., last tour leaves at 6 p.m.

Mercer Caverns is located in Calaveras County just outside Murphys, California and about five miles from Angels Camp. Travel time from Sacramento is about two hours.

Both Angels Camp and Murphys have overnight accomodations, however, in the summer both towns are busy especially on the weekends. You can get information by contacting the Calaveras County Visitors Bureau.

Regular admission is $12.00 for adults and $7.00 for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years. These prices are subject to change without prior notice. There are group rates available for groups of 10 or more people.
